What’s our top tip for maintaining the excellent appearance and reliable functionality of your MATTES products? Slip your basic girths and professional boot shells into our laundry bag, and pop them in your washing machine. Simply wash the sheepskin in the same load, but outside the laundry bag, to ensure that the wool is washed and rinsed thoroughly in the detergent solution.
MATTES sheepskin items should be washed frequently. Correct care and washing (see How to Care for your Mattes) is very important and will provide you with many more years of enjoyment from your product.
The Laundry Wash bag is 45cm x 45cm so not suitable for washing saddle pads.
